Terms of Use

Last updated 4 October 2026

01About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of osio.app and other public websites operated by OSIO Ltd.

OSIO Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17463838. Our registered office is 9 Devon Road, Redhill, United Kingdom, RH1 3EU. In these terms, “OSIO”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OSIO Ltd.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use it.

These terms apply to the public website, guided demonstration and waitlist and, if OSIO invites you to participate, Owner Alpha. The section headed “Owner Alpha” applies only to invited participants. Any separate written Alpha terms agreed with you will take priority if they conflict with these terms. Separate terms may apply to future paid services or capabilities outside Owner Alpha.

02About OSIO and the website

OSIO is being developed as an operating system for intelligent organisations. The website describes OSIO’s direction, concepts and potential capabilities.

Features, interfaces, workflows, integrations and examples may be illustrative, experimental, planned or unavailable. Nothing on the website promises that a feature, integration, release date, price or commercial service will be made available.

We may change OSIO, its positioning, functionality, availability and plans as development continues.

03Guided demonstration

The landing-page chat is a guided simulation containing fictional records. It is designed to explain OSIO’s intended approach. It is not a live AI service, does not connect to your business systems and cannot take external actions.

Demonstration responses and results should not be treated as an assessment of your business or as professional advice. Do not enter confidential, personal or commercially sensitive information.

04The OSIO waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to OSIO, participation in an Alpha or beta programme, a particular launch date, price, capability or availability.

We may decide when, how and to whom access is offered. We may contact you about the waitlist and information you requested, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You may ask to leave the waitlist at any time by contacting support@osio.app.

05Owner Alpha

Owner Alpha is a private, limited and supervised early-access service offered by invitation. It is a real working service, but its features are experimental and may change. We may change, pause, suspend or withdraw access where reasonably necessary, including for security, reliability, legal or Alpha-management reasons. Owner Alpha is not provided with a mature production service-level commitment.

Connections, including Gmail, may initially be provisioned and managed by OSIO rather than through a self-service connection flow. When you delegate or confirm a connected action within Owner Alpha, you authorise OSIO to attempt only that action within the authority shown in the product. You must have authority to connect the relevant account, make information available and instruct the action.

Authority or an attempted action does not guarantee that a third-party service completed the action or that the intended business outcome occurred. OSIO will describe Evidence and Results only to the extent supported by the information available.

Connected services remain subject to their own terms, policies and availability. OSIO does not control the operation of third-party services such as Gmail.

You must use Owner Alpha lawfully and within its stated limits. You must not use it for unlawful activity or treat it as suitable for safety-critical or other high-risk activity where failure could cause serious harm. You remain responsible for decisions and approvals that require your judgement.

Support for Owner Alpha is available at support@osio.app.

06Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or information; interfere with the website’s operation or security; introduce malicious code; scrape or use automated means in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems; impersonate another person or organisation; or violate applicable law or the rights of others.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect OSIO, its systems, users or third parties.

07Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents—including the OSIO name and branding, interface designs, text, graphics, software and visual systems—are owned by or licensed to OSIO Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for lawful informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from substantial parts of it without our permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property rights to you.

The website may refer or link to third-party products, companies, platforms and services, including services with which OSIO may potentially connect.

Third-party names, trademarks and logos belong to their owners. A reference does not necessarily mean an integration is available or that a commercial relationship, sponsorship, endorsement or approval exists.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

09Information and professional advice

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but OSIO is under active development. Content is provided for general information and product communication.

It is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, employment, investment or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate advice before making a decision that requires specialist judgement.

10Website availability and security

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or update any part of it where reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for configuring your device and browser and for using appropriate security protection.

11Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general information, demonstrations, mock-ups, future capability descriptions or other non-contractual website material, or from using Owner Alpha outside its stated supervised scope or contrary to these terms.

Where you use the website or Owner Alpha for business purposes, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from that use, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Owner Alpha is provided for supervised evaluation; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it will be suitable for every business purpose.

If you use the website as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

12Privacy

Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. If you join the waitlist or contact us, please read that policy alongside these terms.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown above. If a change materially affects how the website may be used, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.

14Governing law

These terms and any non-contractual dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
