Today’s AI systems can write, analyse, answer and automate. But work inside a company rarely fits inside one prompt. It depends on context held across inboxes, documents, software and people. It continues over days or months. It sometimes requires action, and sometimes requires somebody to stop and make a judgement.

OSIO exists to provide that continuity: a persistent organisational layer where responsibilities, decisions and results can be understood and carried forward.

An answer can end with the conversation. A responsibility cannot.

Models, agents and business applications will keep changing. OSIO is designed to sit beneath them, preserving what the organisation knows, what it has committed to do, who has authority, and what actually happened.

OSIO is being built with its own agents first. Support for bringing your own agents is planned for later.

AI should take on work without taking control away.

OSIO is being developed for real organisational responsibility, where reliability and restraint matter as much as capability. The system should make progress independently within clear limits, and bring people in when risk, uncertainty or judgement demands it.

Built from experience of how people and digital systems meet.

OSIO is a UK company built on more than 20 years of experience in branding, digital products and user experience, and developed through rigorous product design, engineering and testing.

It began with a practical question: what would a business look like if AI were part of its operating structure, rather than another disconnected tool that people had to manage?

The answer is being developed carefully, from the underlying foundations of identity, responsibility and authority through to the everyday experience of running a business.

OSIO is in active development.

We are currently building Owner Alpha: the first working version intended to prove that an owner can give OSIO a responsibility, have that work continue safely over time, step in where judgement is required, and see an evidence-backed result.

Access to Owner Alpha is private, limited and supervised. Capabilities are deliberately bounded, and Gmail access may initially be provisioned manually by OSIO rather than through a self-service connection flow. The service will change as the Alpha develops. Participants receive direct support at support@osio.app.
